Get up and running in just a few minutes. Follow these four steps to create your first presentation with AI-generated notes and audio narration.
Create Your Account
- Click "Sign Up" on the home page
- Enter your email and create a password
- Check your inbox and click the link to verify your email
- You're ready to start - no credit card needed for the free plan
Upload Your Presentation
- From your dashboard, click "New Presentation"
- Choose a PowerPoint file (.pptx) from your computer
- Files can be up to 50MB in size
- Wait about 30 seconds while we read your slides
Pick Your Audience
- Choose who you're presenting to (like executives, students, or technical teams)
- Use one of our ready-made profiles, or create your own
- Each profile has settings like reading level, tone, and topics to skip
- You can create notes for multiple audiences from the same presentation
Generate Notes & Audio
- Click "Generate Notes" and wait 1-2 minutes
- Review your notes and make any changes you want
- Pick a voice from our library and preview how it sounds
- Click "Create Audio" and wait 2-3 minutes for your narration

Presentations
Upload your PowerPoint files and we'll pull out each slide automatically. You can see thumbnails of every slide, organize presentations into folders, and come back to edit anytime. Your files stay private and secure in your account.
Audience Profiles
Create different audience profiles to get notes written for each group. Pick from ready-made profiles like "Executive Summary" or "Technical Deep-Dive," or build your own. Each profile has 16 settings including reading level, preferred tone, how much detail to include, and topics to avoid. Our AI then writes speaker notes matched to each audience.
Speaker Notes
Our AI reads your slides and writes speaker notes for you. The notes match your chosen audience profile. You can edit any note by clicking on it - changes save automatically every few seconds. We keep a history of your changes so you can go back to earlier versions if needed.
Audio Narration
Turn your speaker notes into professional audio. Choose from over 100 voices in different styles, accents, and languages. Preview any voice before you commit. We work with top audio providers to give you natural-sounding narration. Download your audio as MP3 files to use anywhere.
Team Collaboration
Work together with your team inside one shared space called an organization. Invite team members by email and give them different access levels: Owner (full control), Admin (manage members and content), Member (create and edit own work), or Viewer (see content but not change it).
Practice Mode
Rehearse your presentation with your generated audio. See timing for each slide, track your total presentation length, and practice your delivery. When you're ready, use live presentation mode to present with your narration playing automatically.

Getting Started
What file types can I upload?
PowerPoint files (.pptx) up to 50MB. We plan to add Google Slides and PDF support soon. For now, you can export Google Slides as PowerPoint and upload that.
How long does each step take?
Upload and processing takes about 30 seconds. Note generation takes 1-2 minutes. Audio creation takes 2-3 minutes for a typical 20-slide presentation.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Sign up and try Audiflo free with no credit card required. The free plan includes limited presentations and basic features so you can see how it works.
Using Audiflo
How do I edit my notes?
Click on any note to start typing. Your changes save automatically every few seconds. You'll see a small "Saved" message when your edits are stored.
What are audience profiles?
Audience profiles tell our AI how to write your notes. For example, an "Executive" profile uses shorter sentences and focuses on key points. A "Technical" profile includes more detail and specific terms. You can adjust settings like reading level (1-10), tone (formal or casual), and topics to skip.
How do I pick a voice?
Go to the Voices section and browse our library. Click the play button next to any voice to hear a sample. Filter by style (professional, friendly, energetic), accent, or language. Once you find one you like, select it for your presentation.
Account & Teams
Can I share with my team?
Yes. Create an organization and invite team members by email. Everyone in your organization can see shared presentations. You control who can edit and who can only view.
How do I switch between organizations?
Click on your organization name in the top corner of the screen. A dropdown menu shows all organizations you belong to. Click the one you want to switch to.
What's the difference between roles?
Owners have full control and can delete the organization. Admins can manage members and all content. Members can create and edit their own work. Viewers can only see content without making changes.
Technical & Security
What browsers work with Audiflo?
We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Use one of the two most recent versions of any of these browsers. Mobile browsers work too, but we recommend a computer for the best experience.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We encrypt your data when it's sent to us and when it's stored. Your presentations are never shared with other users or companies. We don't use your content to train AI models.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your account settings and click "Delete Account." We'll remove all your data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone, so make sure to download anything you want to keep first.
